Bargaining Report #2

We were able to reach an agreement today on a portion of the bargaining rules the Union team presented last week.  We have not reached agreement on observers to bargaining sessions nor who is paying wages of the employees of the bargaining unit who are at the table.    

The Company had no new proposals to introduce, rather presented counter proposals on three that the Union offered previously and they rejected the proposal on card check neutrality.

Our team remains focused on achieving our first contract for the Union represented at Rove Pest Control.
