Rove Bargaining Report #12 – 1/24/2024

We reached a Tentative Agreement on Military Leave.

The Company had no new or counter proposals.

The Union introduced two new proposals.

It seems for the first time that Rove finally saw the benefit of working together with the Union when we talked about the potential of jointly lobbying on issues beneficial to both the Company and Union members.

We were able to agree to future bargaining dates through the end of March.
