Rove Bargaining Report #14

We received the Company’s reactionary proposal about “appearing on company property” in response to union flyers our Local Organizing Committee passed out to Rove techs last week - it left us speechless. But we are again here, ready to find solutions to problems; we asked the company to reconsider our proposal about card-check neutrality as a solution. For example, we talked about the extraordinary work our local has done and our relationship with Mircosoft. The company presented another counterproposal.

We brought a new proposal on Bereavement Time, which was a vital issue for this bargaining unit coming together. We countered another company proposal. We ran out of time with more important new proposals to bring to the company. Next week we will have no bargaining but will meet again on 2/20/24. The committee wants to thank all the support from our local leadership and membership and all the heart put by all into this small but mighty unit that has defied the odds, Feliz San Valentin !!!!!
